The wiper motor on a GM sits in a wrinkle on the gone of the vehicle between the hood and the windscreen, underneath the cowl. Many, however not all, GM vehicles mount the electric wiper Engine here. When the wiper Engine fails, replacement motors can be purchased from any Car parts store or directly from GM. Once you own the late Engine, you'll charge to be informed install it once you've removed the fossil Engine.
Orient the wiper Engine so that the rubber nipple on the bound of the wiper Engine is facing the windshield wiper arm assemblies.3. Align the mounting holes on the wiper motor to the mounting holes on the firewall.4.
Instructions
1. Lower the wiper motor into the limit under the GM cowl.2.Thread and tighten the mounting bolts.
5. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
6. Connect the pivot arm for the wiper arms to the wiper motor. The pin on the pivot arm should slide into the rubber nipple on the wiper motor.
