Scratches in the tint on your motorcar's surface are not peerless unsightly--they can reason stretched rust damage. Cause a Toothbrush or cotton swab to application touch-up paint to the scratch. If you cannot feel the scratch when you rub your hand across it, you can repair the scratch with mildly abrasive rubbing compound and an orbital polisher. The rubbing compound gently takes the surface of the car's clearcoat down and makes it even and smooth with the scratch. Use this technique sparingly, because the compound is abrasive and eventually can burn through the paint, causing more damage.
