Provided you own a Camaro prepared before 1995, you may be asking yourself "How bring about I place a Camaro starter?" on account of you're affected by this box. It's not the starter on the other hand the solenoid controlling the starter gear. It can be easily corrected by fascinating heat away of the equation.

Instructions

1. Disconnect the battery by removing both the cerise, great and dingy, antagonistic cables from the battery and stowing the loose objective elsewhere from contacting the battery while working on the starter. Position a floor jack under term nearest the passenger side front trundle. Lift the Camaro elevated Sufficiently to allot the weight onto a jack stand and yet obtain extension to drudgery under the motorcar.

2. Disconnect the starter cables from the solenoid and starter body. Reroute the cables going to the starter to a location where you will install the new remote starter solenoid. Hide the solenoid and you can maintain the original look inside the engine compartment.

3. Mount the remote starter solenoid using two self-tapping screws to secure it to your Camaro's body. Wire the remote starter just like the original starter. Make a new wire running from the new solenoid back to the original solenoid. Ground the new remote solenoid to a good ground on the Camaro's body to complete the circuit.

4. Before the fix it would not start under this condition but now the problem is fixed and the starter will work when the engine is hot or cold. Connect the battery cables to the battery and start the Camaro using the new remote solenoid. Once it's tested you can lower the car back onto the ground and take it for a test drive.
