Sometimes a machine honorable doesn't lope hale. Call your state's Department of Motor Vehicles to find out get a vehicle history report through that agency, then follow its advice.
Instructions
1. Find your car's VIN (vehicle identification number). You can find it on your title, insurance card, on the driver's side dash or on the driver's side inside door frame.
2. Visit the U.S. Department of Justice's National Motor Vehicle Title Information System page online. (See the Resource section.)
3. Click through to one of the sites cooperating with the NMVTI to supply vehicle history reports.
4. Click through until you get to the page asking you to Input your VIN in a provided space. Type in the VIN and hit "Enter."
5. When the owner has to revenue it in for firm repairs repeatedly, the machine could be what is called a lemon. Every territory has a colorful conclusion of what constitutes a lemon--state lemon laws place elsewhere what genuine defines a damaging vehicle. Once a machine meets the definition of a lemon, different entities Testament Trade-mark it as such in individual places such as the National Motor Vehicle Fame Break System. To find out if the car has been branded as a lemon, you can pull a report on its history.
