3. Click through to one of the sites cooperating with the NMVTI to supply vehicle history reports.


4. Click through until you get to the page asking you to Input your VIN in a provided space. Type in the VIN and hit "Enter."


5. When the owner has to revenue it in for firm repairs repeatedly, the machine could be what is called a lemon.
