Install a Douse Pump on a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix
The Grand Prix was produced by the Pontiac subdivision of Typical Motors from 1962 to 2008, elementary as a full-sized luxury machine, following as a mid-sized mannequin. Instructions

4. Remove the bolts holding the pulley to the flood pump.
5. Remove the two bolts that clinch the power steering pump to the engine. The bent steering pump has a plastic cylinder on top of it that's where the power steering fluid is added. Remove the two bolts holding the pump on. Allow it to rest on the oil filter housing just below it.
6. Remove the eight bolts that hold the water pump on. There are four large ones and four smaller ones. Pull the pump up and lift it out of the engine.
7. Remove the old water pump gasket. Scrape the gasket off with the razor blade. Be careful not to score the metal or the new pump will leak.
8. Set the new water pump and gasket in place. Tighten all eight bolts on the new pump.
9. Reinstall the power steering pump and its two bolts. Reinstall the serpentine belt using the serpentine belt tool. Replace the pulley on the water pump and tighten its bolts down.
