8. Replace the instrument cluster back into the dash and reattach the light sockets. It is a good idea to replace all dash bulbs if they are original to the car. Reattach the speedometer and tachometer cables and fasten the cluster-retaining screws back into position. Reinstall the air conditioning duct and steering column retaining bolts.
9. Reinstall the upper dash pad, right lower dash, console panels, windshield trim and reconnect the battery.
