Check the Battery
1. Turn on your voltmeter.

Check the Spark
14. Disconnect one of the spark plug wires.
15. Connect a spark tester to the spark plug wire.
16. Hook the other end of the spark tester to a good ground on the engine block. A bolt or bracket on the engine will provide a good ground.
17.Have a helper crank the engine. You should see a bright, blue spark jumping the gap in the spark tester. If not, you have a problem in the ignition system: Either a bad spark plug wires, distributor, ignition coil or ignition module. You should dispose accelerated to 12.5 volts. Whether not, recharge the battery or exchange it.3. Make sure the battery posts and terminals are Disinfected.
