4. Loosen the tensioner bolt and allow the tensioner to put tension on the belt. Lightly tighten bolt. Install the pulley boss against the belt on the crankshaft sprocket and the crankshaft bolt. Turn the crankshaft clockwise two turns and once again line up the timing marks. Loosen the tensioner bolt and allow it to take up the remaining slack in the belt and then tighten the bolt to 38 foot pounds of torque.


5. Remove the embellishment guide belts and the H2O pump pulley. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolts and the lock plate. Remove the crankshaft pulley. Remove the oil dipstick.
