Remove A Door Panel On The Chevrolet S10

1. Insert the end of the window regulator clip removal tool between the door panel and the window crank for the manual windows. Push the tool until the clip on the inside of the window crank pops out of the door panel. Then pull off the window crank. Then pull the panel away from the door.


Then use a flat head screwdriver to pull up the trim panel on the inside of the armrest and remove the Phillips head screw from the panel.


3. Insert the trim panel tool between the corner of the door panel and the door itself. Move it side to side to locate the clip in the panel, then place the tool around the clip and leverage the clip out of the door. Repeat this around the door panel until all of the clips are removed.


4. Lift the door panel up by the base to remove it from the window ledge. If you have power windows, pull the power window switch up towards you and unplug the switches from the harness by hand.
