Package & Ship A Car windows

Getting a windscreen from mark "A" to aim "B" in one portion can be tolerably challenging. Allowing a giant slab of glass to be transported by a courier can be dicy provided not packaged correct.


Instructions


1. Wrap two layers of the mini bubble wrap encircling the windscreen.3. Wrap two layers of the extensive bubble encircling the windscreen. Tape the seams tightly.4.



Tape all of the seams so the bubble wrap fits snug and is covering every inch of glass2. Shape the scrap cardboard encircling the boundary of the windscreen. Tape it securely on all sides of the edges to prevent any shifting or movement.


Fill the backside of the box with two inches of packaging peanuts. Fill any voids between the windscreen and the insides of the box with more packaging peanuts. Add another two inches of peanuts on top of the windshield.


5. Take the package to your local shipping vendor. Common services include UPS hub or store, FedEx hub or FedEx Kinko's. Once you give them the shipping information they will print a label and your shipment will be on its way.
