Replace An Air Conditioning Filter Inside A Cadillac Escalade

Replacing the air filter in a Cadillac Escalade is a rapid maintenence calling. Instructions


1. Set the screws aside in a safe place and remove the lid.4. Take the old filter out of the case.


Set the air filter case at the front, genuine, passenger corner of the automobile, correct in front of the coolant vat. Stare at the air filter restriction indicator to glare provided the filter needs to be changed, when both windows on the gauge are orange it is date to modify the filter.


3. Use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew the screws on either side of the air filter case. Turn the motorcar off and allowance it off while replacing the filter. Don't dash the machine without the filter in distance as it acts as a barrier against engine backfires.2.


Clean out any debris that is left behind.


5. Replace the filter with a new air filter that is compatible with the year and model of your Cadillac Escalade. Use a K&N filter number 33-2135 for Escalades that were manufactured between 2002 to 2008.


6. Put the lid back on the Escalade's air filter housing unit. Reinsert and tighten the screws to secure the lid. Press the button on top of the air filter restriction indicator to reset it.
