1. Scrub off the surface rust of the panel with a wire brush, scrubbing pad or steel wool pad. These products predispose rid of the top layer of rust.


2. Clean away the rust and naval jelly with a rag or paper towels. Reapply naval jelly if rust is still on the panel.4.
